At Gem & Crystal Wholesale, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that issues may arise, so we’ve established this simple Return & Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Generally, all orders are final, and we do not support refunds. Before making a large purchase, we recommend placing a small wholesale order to test the product and ensure it meets your expectations. Once an order is placed, it is considered final unless an exception applies.
2. Special Circumstances for Returns
In certain special circumstances, we may allow returns or partial refunds. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be authorized by us. Here’s what you need to know:
- Return Shipping Costs: If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Partial Refund: Refunds will be partial, meaning we do not refund the original shipping costs.
- Authorization Required: You must contact us to obtain approval before returning any product.
3. Return Process
If you believe your situation qualifies for a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@crystalswholesale.com with your order details and the reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.
- Ship the Item: Once authorized, return the product in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs.
Important: All return requests or disputes must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product or within 30 days of placing the order.
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process any eligible refund within 7 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are partial and exclude original shipping fees. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to show up.
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. A partial refund or replacement may be offered.
- Incorrect Orders: If we send you the wrong item, notify us within 7 days to arrange a return or replacement.
For all other cases, refunds will not include shipping fees, and return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but the return process may still apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged during shipping, contact us with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review the case and may offer a partial refund or replacement.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
8. International Orders
For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds for international orders will cover the product cost only, excluding shipping fees and duties.
