Custom Crystal Product Process
- Clarifying Requirements: Clearly define your product requirements, including shape, appearance, size, material, and other specific parameters. We will provide professional advice based on your needs to ensure the design meets your expectations.
- Mold Creation: After paying the mold fee, we will create a custom mold based on the product specifications you provide, ensuring that the produced products meet precise requirements.
- Sample Confirmation: Once the mold is completed, we will produce a sample and send it to you. Please carefully review the sample to ensure it meets your expectations. Only after your approval will we proceed to the mass production stage.
- Mass Production and Optimization: If you are satisfied with the sample, we will begin mass production of your order. If not, we will make adjustments and optimizations based on your feedback until you are fully satisfied.
Cost Incurred
- Mold Fee: During the customization process, mold creation is the first cost incurred. The specific amount depends on the complexity, size, and material of the product. Mold design and production will only begin after the mold fee is paid.
- Sample Production Fee: Sample production usually incurs additional costs, especially for complex designs or large-sized products. The sample fee serves as a guarantee before finalizing product details, ensuring the sample matches the final product.
- Mass Production Fee: The cost of mass production will be calculated based on the order quantity, product material, and production complexity. This is the largest cost during the customization process.
- Modification Fee: If, after confirming the sample, you request significant changes to the mold or design, additional modification fees may be incurred. The exact fee depends on the scope and complexity of the changes.

Delivery Time Management
- Mold Production: Generally, mold production takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the production capacity of the supplier. Customers should confirm mold design in advance to ensure timely production.
- Sample Production: Sample production usually requires 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product. Once completed, the sample will be sent to the customer for confirmation. Please ensure prompt feedback to allow for necessary adjustments.
- Bulk Production: Bulk production for regular products typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, including production, quality inspection, and packaging time. If customers require faster delivery, emergency orders can shorten the delivery time to 2 to 3 weeks, but additional rush fees may apply.
- Customers should confirm production and shipping schedules before placing orders to manage inventory and sales plans effectively. Especially during holidays or peak seasons, production and shipping may be delayed, so customers are advised to communicate with the supplier in advance to confirm specific delivery dates.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Requirements
- The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk production is an important consideration in the customization process. For products with simple designs, the MOQ is 100 units; for products with complex designs, the MOQ is at least 500 units. Customers should confirm whether they can meet this MOQ before placing an order. If the MOQ cannot be met, additional fees may apply.

Product Tolerance Standards
- Crystal products, due to their material properties, may have slight color differences or texture variations. Customers should understand the characteristics of natural products, and both parties should communicate the acceptable tolerance range in advance to avoid dissatisfaction due to minor differences in finished products. Recommended tolerance standards include:
- Size Tolerance: ± 1-2mm
- Color Consistency: Products from the same batch should maintain a similar hue, with an allowable variance of less than 10%.

Shipping and Packaging Requirements
- Safe Shipping: Fragile crystal products require special care during shipping and packaging. We will use high-quality packaging materials, such as cushioning foam, bubble wrap, and reinforced boxes, to ensure products are not damaged during transit.
- Shipping Methods: If customers have specific requirements, we can ship using the customer’s designated shipping method; if not, we will choose the most suitable shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

After-Sales Service and Return Policy
- We support returns and refunds for customized products; return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, and design fees are non-refundable. If customers find quality issues upon receiving the product, they must contact customer service within 48 hours and provide photos and relevant information of the damaged product. We will assess the situation and arrange for a return or exchange accordingly.

Intellectual Property Protection
- Design drawings or ideas provided by customers during the customization process should be fully protected. We recommend that customers sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the supplier to ensure that your designs are not used or copied without authorization.
