Lepidolite is a pale purple to rose-colored mica mineral, typically exhibiting a soft, layered texture. It has a very low Mohs hardness and is easily torn into thin sheets. It is found in Brazil, Madagascar, and the United States. This gemstone contains lithium and is therefore believed to help with emotional balance.
